1. Check-in time is 2.00 pm to 9.00 pm. Any late check-in to any nighttime can be arranged if the guests will inform us by email or phone call! Check-out time is not later than 11.00 am. Extension will be given depending on the availability. On failure of the guest to vacate the room, the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
2. Luggage Storage. Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the lobby, at the guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause.
3. Guest’s Belongings. Guests in private rooms are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out, going to bed. For the convenience of the Guest in the dorm, lockers are provided in the room, and it is highly recommended to lock them up with a padlock. For guests who did not bring their own padlock, we will borrow padlocks against a deposit. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hostel room or the locker or any other part of the hostel for any cause whatsoever, including theft or pilferage.
4. Damage to Property. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hostel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
5. Management’s Rights. It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hostel premise.
6. Children cannot be accommodated at the hostel. Pets are not allowed.
7. This property prefers cash payments, or PayPal.
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hostel forthwith without previous notice and with no refund, nor compensation in case of breach of property rules and policies.
Booking Cancellation and No-Show: If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the cost of the full booking is charged.
